💰 LOGIC GROUP – Return & Refund Policy
Applies to all paid services, subscriptions, and consulting projects

Quick Summary: Refunds depend on service type and usage. Requests must be submitted via support. Access may be revoked after refund.
1️⃣ Scope
This policy applies to all paid services offered by LOGIC GROUP and its affiliates, including cloud ERP subscriptions, consulting/online training services, digital transformation projects, and any recurring or one-time service fees.
2️⃣ Refund Eligibility
• Free Trial: LOGIC GROUP typically does not provide free trials; demos may be offered. Once payment is made, no refund is issued.
• Paid Subscriptions: Refunds may be requested within 14 days if the service has not been used. LOGIC GROUP reserves the right to retain 50% for preparation and reservation costs.
• One-Time Services/Projects: Refunds depend on the stage of execution. Partial or pro-rated refunds may be applied if work has started; full refunds may not be possible once resources are allocated.
3️⃣ Refund Request Process
• Submit requests via support@logicgroup.net.
• Include account/subscription details, purchase date, and reason.
• Additional data may be required for evaluation.
4️⃣ Review & Approval
• LOGIC GROUP reviews requests within 10–15 business days.
• Additional information may be requested (usage logs, screenshots).
• Approved requests will be notified via email and refunded based on eligibility.
5️⃣ Refund Method & Timing
• Refunds issued via original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
• Processing: up to 20 business days after approval.
• Actual posting time depends on your bank/payment provider.
6️⃣ Data & Service Termination
• Access may be revoked after refund.
• Data may be deleted or archived per Data Retention Policy.
• Notify support if you wish to preserve data.
7️⃣ Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided for:
• Subscriptions after 14-day window if usage exceeds limits.
• Substantially completed consulting or custom services.
• Non-refundable add-ons or third-party services.
• Missed payments, late fees, or non-usage.
8️⃣ Cancellation Policy
• Cancel subscriptions anytime via account settings or support.
• Service continues until end of billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellation does not guarantee refund unless eligibility criteria are met.
9️⃣ Changes to Policy
• LOGIC GROUP may update this policy anytime.
• Changes are published on the website; significant updates communicated to active customers.
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
